GenieForge can reach people by:
  • Email (your account email is trusted; other addresses may need verification first)
  • In-app notifications in the portal (bell and notifications list)
  • Push to devices people have opted in on (when push is enabled for your account), also mirrored into the in-app inbox
  • Webhook to an external system you control (and that your outbound network settings allow)
Reusable templates and scheduled reports help you send polished digests and summaries. When you notify someone, link them to the right page when you can. Email can include small project files as real attachments (by file id). For larger files, share a download link in the message body instead.
