Finding past chats

Open Chats under the project in the builder sidebar to find Build and Chat history for that project. Use this when you need a prior plan, an error quote, or a customer’s portal conversation. Threads from sidebar Chat (General Chat) stay in that account list. They do not appear under a project’s Chats. Search is substring match on titles and message text (not semantic search). Tabs cover Chats, Views, Evals, Sub-Agent Runs, Automations, and End Users (portal customer conversations; optionally include preview chats). Switching projects changes the list. Customers only see their own history under portal My Chats (drawer More, or the profile menu in Tabs). They do not see builder Build threads. Chat history is not part of blueprint export/import. To jump across pages, records, files, and chats in one place, use Search (Command-K). To recover a past decision, search for what you remember about the outcome (for example, when dispatcher access was decided) and open that thread.
