Build mode vs Chat mode
Pick the surface from what you are trying to do, not from habit.
Build mode designs the software from the outcomes you describe. Chat mode (including portal chat) uses it. Most pages behave like normal software and do not call the AI on every view.
If you need something new while testing in Chat, switch to Build and describe the gap. End users should not redesign the app from the portal.
