# Projects

# Projects

Each **project** is an isolated runtime of the same app: its own database and files.

Use projects when you have separate clients, staging vs live-style environments, or other clean boundaries. Switch projects from the project switcher in the app. Building changes the shared blueprint; data does not automatically copy between projects unless you import or seed it.

Project areas such as Chats, Files, Tables, End-Users, Signals, Feedback, Communications, and Executions always refer to the project you have selected.
