# Scheduled automations

**Automations** (scheduled jobs) run on a timetable: weekly digests, reminders, nightly syncs. They are defined on the app and run in the context of a project.

They can use your tools or AI workflows, and they can trigger follow-up actions when they finish. Find them under **App Blueprint → Automations**.
