# Finding past chats

> Search Build, Chat, and end-user conversations under project Chats, and My Chats in the portal.

# Finding past chats

Open **Chats** under the project in the builder sidebar to see Build and Chat conversations for that project. Use the search box to match conversation titles or text inside messages (substring match, not semantic search).

Tabs filter by type (Chats, Views, Evals, Sub-Agent Runs, Automations, End Users). The **End Users** tab lists portal customer conversations for the project; you can search those the same way, and optionally include preview chats.

Your customers find their own history under **My Chats** in the portal, with the same title and message search.
