# Status page

The public [Status](https://www.genieforge.ai/status) page shows whether GenieForge itself is up. It is for the platform (apps and portal, Building, and background jobs), not for one of your apps.

Open it from the website footer, or go to `/status` on genieforge.ai. You do not need to sign in. The page stays available during maintenance.

What you will see:

* An overall line (operational, degraded, outage, or that we cannot confirm status right now)
* One card each for **Apps and portal**, **Building**, and **Background jobs**
* Published incidents from the last 14 days, including recent resolved ones

If the page says it cannot confirm status, the latest check is missing or too old. That is not the same as a confirmed outage. Email [support@genieforge.ai](mailto:support@genieforge.ai) if your app is down and the status page does not explain it.
