# Availability notes

A few capabilities depend on your account:

* **Marketplace** may be hidden. If you do not see it, use export/import.
* **Open API routes with no secret** are not offered. Protect inbound routes with a token or signed webhook.
* **Public share links** for full apps are not currently offered. Use the portal, Preview, export/import, or **public intake** form links for guest data collection.
* **Public intake forms** are available for non-HIPAA apps when the form submits to a dedicated code tool (not a data-model create/update).
* **Web Data Sources**, web search, push notifications, and similar extras may depend on your account. If something is missing, ask [support@genieforge.ai](mailto:support@genieforge.ai).
* For **HIPAA / BAA** and other regulated setups, contact support rather than looking for a self-serve compliance switch.
* For current **prices and plan details**, use [https://genieforge.ai](https://genieforge.ai) or support, not older quotes from chat.

Export/import, Build and Chat modes, projects, roles, portal invites, and the core building blocks (tools, pages, forms, automations) are the everyday path for most builders.
